We charge a $5 flat rate for shipping all around the United States. For international orders/shipping, please reach out to us directly.
  • How are flavored coffees made?
Our signature flavoring is mixed with the coffee during the roasting process while it is still warm. That way, as the beans cool down, the process speeds up the absorbtion of the flavoring - yeilding a beautifully balanced cup of flavored coffee. We have a number of options to choose from if flavored coffee is your preference. Check out our beans for more information!
  • How is decaffeinated coffee made?
Our coffee is decaffinated through a steaming process that opens the pores of the beans and allows the coffee to release it's caffeine. It's a tride and true process that's been used for decades.
  • Do I need to buy special, dark roasted coffee for my espresso maker?"
This is a misconception. Traditional espresso is not dark-roasted. Traditional espresso is a particular blend of coffees roasted medium-dark. Together as they're roasted in a particular ratio, that makes espresso as we know it. If you go to Italy, you will never see dark-roasted coffee in their espresso machine at the bar.
  • How should I store my coffee?
In a cool dry place in a sealed container. Do not refrigerate or freeze your coffee, it will absorb humidity and change the flavor!
  • How long will the coffee be good for?
Ideally, no one shold buy more than 30 days worth of coffee. When you roast coffee, it develops and continues to reach it's optimum at about 3 days. At that point, it is at its best flavor. From then on, it is good for about 2 to 3 weeks. After that, you'll notice it will lose flavor, zest, and high notes.
