This traditional Italian blend is comprised of seven different varieties of coffee, a selection of only the best beans from South America, Africa and Indonesia . We roast in the traditional Italian method. We slow roast our espresso beans, and by allowing for longer roast times each coffee bean develops to its full potential. Roasting each type individually before blending also allows us to further profile the roasting process for each particular coffee type.
